Workhorse Civil Design provided design and construction engineering for reconstruction of Dryden Road from Railroad Street to the east Village limits. The project involved federal and state grant money and was therefore completed in accordance with MDOT specification and requirements. After successful completion of the east section under budget, the Village hired Workhorse to provide design and construction engineering for reconstruction of Dryden Road from Union Street to the west Village limits.

The analysis involved calculation of the lagoon volumes, analysis of existing sanitary flow rates, calculation of the lagoons discharge rates based on design plans and a mass balance of flow through the lagoons.

Workhorse Civil Design designed water treatment systems to remove arsenic in order for the Brandon School District to meet revised EPA requirements. The systems involved adsorption utilizing Sunshine Water Treatment tanks and media. The system for each school involved backwash water disposal concerns and numerous permits from local, county and state agencies.
